How we work

Our website is open for submission of your work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We guarantee to respond to every enquiry within as short a space of time as possible and are happy to provide you with a quote for the proofreading or copywriting work that you need done, free of charge. Simply email us at info@atozediting.co.uk, attach the piece of work you need us to look at and we will send you a competitive and reasonably priced quote. If you decide to go ahead and use A to Z Editing Services we will agree a turnaround time with you in advance (if you are able to give us as much notice as possible this would be helpful but we do have the capacity to turn around work in a very short space of time if necessary).

The corrections we make to your work will be done using Microsoft Track Changes (a text correction program which is in most versions of Microsoft Word). This will have the appearance of a red pen being used to correct your work – mistakes are crossed out with a red line and corrections are inserted in red text. When we have finished correcting your work, we will email you two documents – one with the corrections visible in red and one “clean” copy where the changes have been accepted in Microsoft Track Changes and all the corrections automatically made.

Once your work has been emailed back to you, you will then be emailed an invoice and payment of this is expected by bank transfer seven days after receipt at the latest.
